About Me

My photo
Melynda Yesenia
Christmastown, PA, United States
I am a visual artist, writer and polymath—which is a really fancy way of saying I am addicted to research. I make things that are beautiful and that some may say are strange. I write about the places and people I have been and why I had to leave them behind. I like bikes and making good food and being sarcastic. I am not a jerk, in fact, I am delightful.

Former home of The 29th Street Experiment, this is now a weight loss blog, with more emphasis on fitness than weight loss...though losing a hundred pounds is nothing to sneeze at.

Regardless, when I can ride my bike a hundred miles, without throwing up and/or passing out, but instead do the arms in the air, "F----Yeah! I did it!" I will consider myself a success.
